Set to hit the streets on Sunday 16th September 2018, the Asda Foundation Bury 10K is staged in partnership with the Bury-based I Will If You Will (IWIYW) fitness movement, which is delivered by Bury Council with Lottery funds from Sport England.
Starting and finishing close to The Rock, the course is suitable for all ages and abilities from beginners just starting out on their fitness journey to experienced fast runners looking for a personal best.
It forms part of the lasting legacy of the late Jane Tomlinson CBE who raised almost £2m for charity through a series of endurance challenges, despite being diagnosed with incurable cancer.
